Midfielder Santi Cazorla was delighted after Arsenal won their first Premier League game of the season.
The Gunners produced a superb first-half display to battle past Watford at Vicarage Road.
The Spaniard was also full of praise for teammate Granit Xhaka who was one of the best players for Arsenal.
"It was a great performance because here it's always difficult to win," Cazorla told Arsenal Player on Saturday.
"They have a great team, long balls all the time. We need to concentrate for 90 minutes so it's the best thing for us, the first win of the league so we are very happy.
"I feel very well [alongside Granit Xhaka].
"He's a great player, we have a lot of players in this position, great players like Coquelin, Elneny, Jack Wilshere. So it's very important to play together and we are happy to play with him.
"[The spirit is good] because after one point in two games we needed to win today. So we are happy now, it's confidence for the team.
"Now we have to rest a week, some players play with national teams and after that we have to think about Southampton at home and we need to win at home."
