Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang comments after reports claim he is wanted by Arsenal

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang says he will only leave the club if it is to play for Real Madrid in the Spanish Liga.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a possible move to Arsenal or Napoli in recent weeks.

But he says he has no reason to leave the German giants.

"Only Real Madrid would be able to get me out of Borussia Dortmund," he told German TV channel ZDF.

"My grandfather, the dad of my mum, always wished that I would play in Spain.

"Two years ago, when he died, I promised him that someday I will play for Real - and I work hard to reach that goal.

"Real Madrid is my main goal but at the moment I like it in Dortmund. If there is a chance to go to Madrid, I will immediately say yes - but at the moment there is no contact."
