Alexis Sanchez urges Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to make a move for this player

Arsenal attacking midfielder Alexis Sanchez wants to see Arda Turan at Arsenal, according to Don Balon.

The Barcelona man struggled to enjoy regular first-team football with the Spanish giants last season.

But agent Ahmed Bulut told Goal on Thursday that his client is happy and will not leave the club during this summer's transfer window.

It is not the first time an Arsenal player has urged the Frenchman to make an important signing.

Former captain Robin van Persie revealed in 2010 that he "indicated a couple of times" that fellow Dutchman Rafael van der Vaart would have been an excellent signing for the club.

But no move was made by the Frenchman and the attacking midfielder went on to join rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
