Agent speaks out after reports claim Arsenal have made an offer for Barcelona star

Barcelona attacking midfielder Arda Turan will not leave the club this summer, agent Ahmed Bulut has revealed.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with the Turkey international as reports claimed that manager Arsene Wenger wants him to team-up with Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez in midfield.

But Bulut has rubbished the rumours.

"No, I haven't heard anything from Arsenal," he told Goal.

"Arda will be staying at Barcelona."

The 29-year-old has struggled to enjoy regular first-team football with the Spanish giants since joining during last year's summer transfer window.

Arsenal have already signed Switzerland's Granit Xhaka to strengthen the midfield department and striker Takuma Asano who is set to be loaned out in the Premier League.
