Not Higuain, Lacazette, Icardi or Bacca: Arsenal lining up "big name striker move"

By

Arsenal are plotting a "big name striker move", transfer market expert Emanuele Giulianelli has revealed.

According to the Italian journalist, the striker is not one of the many players already linked with a possible move to the Emirates.

He insists that Gonzalo Higuain, Alexandre Lacazette, Mauro Icardi and Carlos Bacca are not being following by Arsenal.

The Gunners have been linked with a move for Real Madrid man Alvaro Morata last month but if the Spaniard is to leave the Spanish giants he will probably do it to join Antonio Conte at Chelsea.

Meanwhile, reports have confirmed that Arsenal are yet to make an official offer for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain.

The Argentinean will not leave the Partenopei unless a club decides to meet his release clause and the Gunners have no intention of paying more than £75.5million for one player.
