Arsene Wenger tells Arsenal striker to find a new club - he already has offers

By

Arsene Wenger has told Arsenal forward Joel Campbell to find a new club according to reports in England.

The Costa Rica international has struggled to secure a regular place at Arsenal and has been loaned out to Lorient, Betis, Olympiakos and Villarreal since joining from Deportivo Saprissa.

Estadio Deportivo has reported that Valencia are interested in the 24-year-old and will soon make contact with the Gunners with a first offer.

At Arsenal, he was almost always used as a substitute with the likes of Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott preferred by boss Arsene Wenger.

The Frenchman wants to strengthen his offensive department and has already made a move to sign Alvaro Morata and Gonzalo Higuain.

But the Spaniard is expected to stay at Real Madrid and Napoli will only sell the Argentinean if his buy-out clause is met.
