Second summer signing poses in an Arsenal shirt for the first time after signing contract

By

Nigeria wonderkid Kelechi Nwakali has revealed on Twitter that he is finally an Arsenal player.

The highly-rated Nigerian posted a number of photos on his social media account including one alongside manager Arsene Wenger.

In one of the photos, the midfielder is holding up his new shirt as he also changed his profile description to "Footballer for Arsenal FC and Nigeria U20".

The agreement between Diamond Football Academy and Arsenal was reached in March after the youngster declared that he signed a five-year contract with the Gunners.

"I just came back from London, I have signed a five-year contract with Arsenal," he said three months ago.

"So many teams were interested in me but it has been my dream at a tender age to play for Arsenal."
