Thierry Henry: If I was him and Arsenal call, I would sign without hesitation

By

Club legend Thierry Henry says he cannot understand why striker Jamie Vardy is yet to sign for Arsenal.

The Gunners have triggered a release clause in the England international's contract with recent reports claiming that they offered him a £120,000-a-week deal.

The Leicester City man left England without giving a "yes or no" answer to manager Arsene Wenger and is said to be now fully focused on the Euro 2016 Championship.

"He's 29, right? You have Arsenal coming for you, and you're telling them you're going to think about it?" Henry told 5 live Sport.

"Listen. All I can say is if I was playing for Leicester and I had Arsenal coming, I would have gone."
