Five-year contract agreed: Arsenal to unveil signing of impressive #10 this week

By

Arsenal can finally announce the signing of wonderkid Kelechi Nwakali after the youngster turned eighteen last week.

The highly-rated Nigerian was player of the tournament as Nigeria lifted the Under-17 World Cup in Chile last year and reached an agreement to move to the Emirates three months ago.

Manchester City and Bayern Munich were also rumoured to be interested but he opted for North London to work with manager Arsene Wenger.

"I just came back from London, I have signed a five-year contract with Arsenal," Nwakali said last March.

"So many teams were interested in me but it has been my dream at a tender age to play for Arsenal."
