Serie A runner-up set price to sign Arsenal star on a permanent basis

By

Italian giants Roma want to sign Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny but the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement.

According to Calciomercato.it, the Italian club has made a £10million offer to sign the goalkeeper on a permanent basis.

The Gunners are ready to negotiation but only if the offer is increased to £15million.

The Poland international left the Emirates after the arrival of Petr Cech but impressed in Italy as he became a solid regular in Rudi Garcia and Luciano Spalletti's squad.

In November the goalkeeper admitted that his dream is to play for Arsenal but as regular football in Arsene Wenger's squad is not guaranteed, he is expected to sign for Roma.
