Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech admits to mistake in shock home defeat

By

Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech has admitted that his debut match with the club has been a frustrating one due to a number of mistakes.

The 33-year-old was at fault for both West Ham United goals on Sunday afternoon in what he described as an "unexpected script".

He took to Twitter after the defeat to express his disappointment at Arsenal's surprise defeat.

First game like this was not in the script - Mistake and no points but tomorrow is another day to get ready for the next game ! #COYG

The Gunners will be back in action on Sunday when they face in-form Crystal Palace away from home.

Alan Pardew's men registered a hard-fought 3-1 away win over Norwich City on Saturday.
