Agent confirms Arsenal and Manchester United target Mario Gotze could leave Bayern Munich

By

Mario Gotze's agent Volker Struth has confirmed that the midfielder could leave Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window.

The 23-year-old is a target for Arsenal and Manchester United according to reports in England with Juventus also interested in making a move.

Struth has stressed that as yet no club has made a move for the German international but that "anything could happen" in the last month of the transfer market.

"Mario has hinted that his situation at Bayern in the last two seasons has not been ideal," he told Tuttosport.

"But it is also true that until now no club has come forward with an economic proposal.

"Bayern has rejected talk of a possible transfer, though we don't want to say there is no chance of staying or going abroad.

"Still there is time before the close of the market, so anything can still happen."
