Chief executive reassure fans over Arsenal and Manchester United target's future

By

Arsenal, Juventus and Manchester United target Mario Gotze will not leave Bayern Munich, chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has revealed.

Earlier this week, the Germany international has admitted his future at the Bundesliga champions remains uncertain.

But Rummenigge says the German giants will not sell any key players during the last month of the transfer window.

"Benatia has a four-year contract with Bayern," he told Sky.

"We signed him for his quality, we saw last night [in the 3-0 win over Milan] that he's a great player.

"As for the German player [Gotze], he's also tied to our club for the next two years, and I think he'll stay with us.

"I have a feeling that neither of them will leave us, we're happy to have them with us."
