Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger determined to seal £85m quadruple swoop

By

Arsenal are set to announce the signings of Morgan Schneiderlin, Petr Cech, Arturo Vidal and Jackson Martinez, Metro reports.

The Frenchman will not be happy with the latest incident involving goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny who was again caught smoking in Warsaw.

The 25-year-old will probably be sold during the summer transfer window with Petr Cech becoming Arsenal's number one and David Ospina back on the bench as his backup.

Morgan Schneiderlin and Arturo Vidal will strengthen the midfield part of the pitch that will be left vacant by former captain Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini.

The Southampton man is a target for Manchester United and the Arsenal boss revealed last week that he is not after the Chilean but things could change in the first weeks of June.

Up front, Porto's Jackson Martinez is expected to be Wenger's first offensive signing of the summer and will team up with Olivier Giroud, Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck to form one of the Premier League's most impressive offensive departments.

For the four, the Gunners are ready to spend £85m.
