Arsenal and Manchester United to battle for £17m Barcelona star

By

Barcelona are ready to sell Pedro Eliezer Rodríguez Ledesma to Arsenal.

The 27-year-old failed to secure a regular place in Luis Luis Enrique's starting eleven this season and is ready to make a move to the English Premier League.

Manchester United and Arsenal are both interested but according to Fichajes.net, it is the Gunners that are favourites to sign the Spaniard.

Internazionale are reportedly also interested but considering their financial resources, it is very unlikely that they will spend 17m on one player.

At Barcelona, Pedro scored 98 goals in 316 appearances and has a contract until June 2016.
