Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that certain matters should not be publicly debated in response to comments made by club shareholder Alisher Usmanov.
Usmanov was quoted as saying by ESPN that he is not happy with the current situation of the club.
"First of all, the 18 years I have been here I have shown that I can take criticism and everybody has the right to have an opinion," Wenger said.
"Having said that, we have values at this club. The first one is when we go through a difficult patch, we show solidarity. That is a very important one.
"The second one is that, when you have something to say to each other, we say it face-to-face. We don't need to go to the newspapers."
Asked to give an update on injured players, Wenger said: "He's [Laurent Koscielny is] in the squad for tomorrow.
"It's very good news because he was out for a while now and we are short in numbers defensively. It's good to have his quality back.
"[Danny] Welbeck is in the squad but [Jack] Wilshere is out, [Theo] Walcott is out for the same groin problem he came back with from England and [Wojciech] Szczesny is out as well.
"He [Jack Wilshere] has a big ankle sprain and I don't want to talk about it because I'm not a specialist medically. [To find out] for how long, we will need to see a specialist."
