Arsenal make fresh enquiry for Alessio Cerci


Arsenal are ready to make an offer for Torino's Alessio Cerci after it was confirmed main striker Olivier Giroud will be out of action for four months.

Manager Arsene Wenger explained no striker is shortlisted to replace the Frenchman but the Gunners are clearly short of options in the offensive department.

Southampton and Queens Park Rangers are also reportedly interested in the 27-year-old.
